I have been leading creatives for nearly a decade, I believe in being people focused and process driven. Creative workers are a special group that I enjoy empowering with the tools they need to create their best work. I present and support the work of my team, I implement process to streamline workflow and approvals to make the workday better for the creative team and allow them to focus on what they do best.

I have experienced numerous personal and professional changes. I worked in retail commissioned sales from age 16 until I was 26. I spent many years as a bench jeweler repairing gold jewelry and setting precious stones. When that company went out of business, I returned to school to focus on my original study of graphic design and photography. Most recently I lost over 100lbs through proper nutrition and exercise. I feel like I am incredibly adaptable and I really enjoy a good challenge. I'm actively looking for freelance or a full-time position where I utilize my unique skill sets and experiences.
